Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud web hosting platform and you have a cloud hosting account, you’ll be able to enable the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you create under the domain. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a lot of features, but it is astonishingly easy to work with, so configuring a catch-all mailbox requires only a single mouse click. All the email addresses that you’ve got will be displayed in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll just need to click on the "Catch-all" button associated with the concrete email address. Our system will notify you if there is already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or select another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires yet another click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be enabled without difficulty in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created using the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be enumerated in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll find a small-size button handily located right next to each of them. With only one single click of the mouse, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and enable this feature using the contextual menu that will show up. In case any of the prerequisites for creating a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will let you know, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
